Job title: Oracle Cloud HCM Techno-Functional Consultant
Location: Remote
Duration: Long term
Job Description:
  • Bachelor's degree or Master's Degree in Computer science, or a related field, with minimum 12+ Years of relevant experience.
  • Must have Strong techno functional knowledge on payroll flow, payroll elements, balance logic(YTD, MTD, Feeds).
  • Need to have Payroll process understanding.
  • Must have Payroll knowledge on Integrations (Absence to payroll, benefits to payroll, compensation to payroll).
  • Should have Payroll based Fast Formula.
  • Experience with Payroll based BIP, HCM extracts, HDL.
  • Hands on experience with excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze issues, identify causes, and recommend solutions quickly
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proven track record of identifying and resolving complex billing issues.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
