Role: Oracle Fusion Payroll Functional Architect (W2 Position)

Location: Dearborn, MI – Hybrid (4 days in office)

Duration: 12+ Months

Skills Required:

Application Architect, Application Support, Application Solutions, Application Development, Application Design, Solution Architecture.

Experience Required:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Human Resources, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in Oracle HCM Cloud, with at least 5 years specializing in Oracle Fusion Cloud Payroll as a Functional Architect or Lead Consultant.
  • Oracle Payroll Cloud Certified Implementation Professional (or equivalent current certification). Demonstrated in-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with Oracle Time and Labor (OTL) module, including configuration of timecard layouts, approval workflows, and time calculation rules.
  • Experience in designing, writing, and testing Oracle Fast Formulas for various HCM modules, particularly within Payroll.
  • Experience with full lifecycle Oracle HCM Cloud implementations (requirements gathering, design, configuration, testing, deployment, post-go-live support).
  • Strong understanding of core HR business processes and their integration with Payroll.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills, with the ability to translate complex business needs into effective system solutions.
  • Exceptional communication (written and verbal), presentation, and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging with diverse stakeholders.
