The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Oracle Payroll modules and a proven track record of delivering functional solutions for complex payroll environments. Job Responsibilities
  • Lead functional design and configuration for Oracle Payroll implementations and enhancements.
  • Collaborate with clients to gather requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
  • Provide guidance on payroll compliance, calculations, and integrations with other Oracle HCM modules.
  • Conduct testing, troubleshoot issues, and ensure successful payroll runs.
  • Support change management and end-user training for payroll processes.
  • Partner with technical teams to validate integrations and customizations.
  • Deliver high-quality documentation and maintain project timelines.

Job Requirements
  • Minimum 7+ years of experience with Oracle Payroll in an HCM environment.
  • Strong knowledge of payroll rules, fast formulas, and statutory compliance.

  • Ability to lead client workshops and manage stakeholder expectations.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
