Responsibilities:
• Oracle Payroll Cloud Implementation Professional will lead the end-to-end design, configuration, integration, and deployment of Oracle Payroll Cloud modules
• Oracle Global Human Resources Cloud Certified Implementation Professional will also collaborate with business stakeholders, HR practitioners, and technical teams to translate complex regulatory, tax, and organizational payroll processes into streamlined, automated cloud solutions
• This individual should ideally have related certifications in Core HR, Time & Labor, Benefits, or Absence Management are often highly valued for lead roles
Qualifications:
• Minimum of 6 years of experience
• College degree preferred
• SIT, UAT, and Parallel Testing leadership
• Solution design and governance; Cross-functional coordination with Benefits, Time & Labor, Finance, and HR
• Payroll inbound and outbound integrations; Audit and reconciliation reporting
• Oracle Cloud Payroll configuration and Payroll flow patterns
• Advanced union experience, including tax and reconciliation experience
