Job Summary:
QTS Data Centers is seeking a strategic senior-level Solution Architect with expertise across Oracle ERP/SCM Cloud and Workday to define and govern their global digital transformation roadmap. This role is accountable for establishing a cohesive enterprise solution architecture that integrates Oracle and Workday platforms, ensuring compliance and driving innovation.
Responsibilities:
• Define and maintain the enterprise-wide ERP and SCM solution blueprint, integrating Oracle SCM/ERP.
• Establish a multi-year transformation roadmap that leverages Oracle Financials and SCM for supply chain processes.
• Ensure solution design supports global process harmonization, scalability, and compliance.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to executives on ERP strategy, technology adoption, and transformation governance.
• Evaluate quarterly ERP product releases and emerging technologies (AI/ML, predictive analytics, IoT, blockchain) for enterprise applicability.
• Define and enforce governance frameworks for solution design, integrations, data management, and security.
• Drive standardization across ERP platforms to minimize customization.
• Oversee architecture for integrations between Oracle SCM, Workday HCM/Finance, and third-party applications.
• Ensure compliance with global regulatory standards (SOX, GDPR, HIPAA, labor laws).
• Establish KPIs and metrics to track ERP and SCM performance.
• Provide strategic oversight across multiple transformation programs (Oracle ERP/SCM transformation and Workday integration & transition).
• Lead executive workshops to align business strategy with system capabilities.
• Act as a decision-making authority on solution design across Oracle and Workday platforms.
• Collaborate with system integrators, vendors, and business leaders to deliver enterprise-wide solutions.
• Manage cross-platform alignment to ensure end-to-end process continuity (e.g., hire-to-retire, source-to-pay, order-to-cash).
• Champion digital initiatives such as connected supply chain, AI-driven workforce planning, predictive analytics in finance, and automation.
• Identify opportunities for cross-platform synergies between Oracle and Workday.
• Build long-term vendor partnerships with Oracle and Workday to influence product direction.
• Drive business adoption and change management for ERP and SCM/Finance transformations.
Qualifications:
Required:
• Deep expertise in Oracle ERP Cloud & SCM Cloud (Procurement, Inventory, Order Management, Manufacturing, Planning, Logistics).
• Knowledge of Workday Finance (Financial Accounting, Procurement, Projects, Expenses) is a plus.
• Proven ability to design integrated enterprise architectures across Oracle, Workday, and third-party applications.
• Broad understanding of integration technologies (Oracle OIC, Workday Studio, REST/SOAP APIs, middleware platforms).
• Knowledge of data governance, security models, and role-based access across both Oracle and Workday.
• Experience shaping enterprise-wide ERP strategy across multiple geographies.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with ability to engage C-level executives.
• Strong governance, negotiation, and decision-making abilities.
• Ability to manage multi-vendor, multi-stream global programs.
Preferred:
• 15+ years of ERP/HCM/SCM experience in large enterprises.
• 10+ years of combined Oracle ERP/SCM and Workday HCM/Finance experience is a plus.
• 5–7 years in a solution architect or strategic leadership role.
• Experience with at least 2–3 global Oracle SCM/ERP rollouts and 2+ legacy ERP transition / migration.
• Cross-industry exposure (manufacturing, retail, healthcare, logistics, public sector) highly desirable.
