About the role
The Payroll Techno Functional Consultant will serve as a Subject Matter Expert supporting Oracle Cloud HCM Payroll and Core HR modules. This role involves providing both functional and technical support, ensuring smooth payroll operations, resolving issues, and supporting system enhancements for enterprise applications.
In this role you will
  • Support Oracle Cloud HCM Core HR and Payroll modules in a production and enhancement environment
  • Develop and maintain integrations, interfaces, and reports using HCM Extracts, HDL, OTBI, BI Publisher, and Fast Formulas
  • Investigate and resolve payroll calculation discrepancies, providing root cause analysis and documentation
  • Configure payroll elements including earnings, deductions, eligibility, and balance feeds
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support system enhancements and issue resolution
  • Provide regular status updates and issue reports to project stakeholders and leadership
  • Ensure data accuracy and compliance in payroll processing and reporting
  • Manage priorities effectively and deliver within defined timelines
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives in payroll processes and system efficiency

What you need to have to be considered
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, Information Systems, Human Resources, or related field
  • 6-8 years of experience with Oracle Cloud HCM Payroll (functional and technical)
  • Hands-on experience with Oracle Payroll configuration (elements, eligibility, balances)
  • Experience with Oracle HCM Data Loader (HDL) for payroll and data conversions
  • Strong expertise with PL/SQL and Oracle Cloud HCM integrations
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, especially in payroll calculations
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Oracle Cloud HCM Payroll certification
  • Experience with Workforce Compensation Fast Formula configuration
  • Knowledge of BI Publisher and OTBI for payroll reporting and reconciliation
  • Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment

Salary and Other Compensation
The annual salary for this position is between $83,250 - $112,500, depending on experience and qualifications.
