Oracle HCM & Payroll Expertise
  • Worked extensively with Oracle Fusion (20C) Core HR, Payroll, Compensation.
  • Supported and enhanced Oracle EBS R12.2.x Core HR, Time & Labor, Payroll, and ADP integrations.
  • Performed end-to-end functional responsibilities including:
    • Business requirements gathering
    • GAP analysis and solution design
    • Functional architecture documentation
    • Conference Room Piloting (CRP)
    • Parallel payroll testing
    • User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
    • End-user training and post-production support
  • Modified and re-implemented Oracle Fast Formulas for 401(k) employer and employee calculations.
