Job Description:
Oracle HCM & Payroll Expertise
- Worked extensively with Oracle Fusion (20C) Core HR, Payroll, Compensation.
- Supported and enhanced Oracle EBS R12.2.x Core HR, Time & Labor, Payroll, and ADP integrations.
- Performed end-to-end functional responsibilities including:
- Business requirements gathering
- GAP analysis and solution design
- Functional architecture documentation
- Conference Room Piloting (CRP)
- Parallel payroll testing
- User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
- End-user training and post-production support
- Modified and re-implemented Oracle Fast Formulas for 401(k) employer and employee calculations.

- Contributed to AB1513 California Payroll compliance implementation, including pay slip customization.
- Served as HCM Lead and Subject Matter Expert (SME) during Oracle HCM Cloud implementation while simultaneously supporting R12 Payroll upgrade activities.
- Managed H2A payroll implementation project, integrating FDC systems with Oracle Payroll to ensure regulatory compliance and workforce processing automation.
- Implemented Deferred Compensation (409A) plans, aligning payroll configuration with compensation strategy and regulatory requirements.
- Coordinated with offshore development teams and Oracle Support to stabilize and enhance payroll operations.
