Job Description: Sr. Oracle EPM Developer (Oracle ARCS) (FCCS, EPBCS, or EDMCS) We are seeking an experienced Oracle ARCS Consultant with strong expertise in Oracle EPM Cloud solutions to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the implementation, configuration, and support of Oracle Account Reconciliation Cloud Service (ARCS) as well as contributing to broader Oracle EPM initiatives (such as FCCS, EPBCS, or EDMCS). This role requires both functional and technical knowledge to bridge finance and technology, ensuring streamlined reconciliation processes and effective enterprise performance management. Primary duties include
  • Lead or support the end-to-end implementation of Oracle ARCS, including requirement gathering, configuration, testing, deployment, and support.
  • Analyze reconciliation processes and automate high-volume matching scenarios.
  • Customize ARCS to meet business reconciliation and compliance needs, including transaction matching, automation rules, formats, profiles, and templates.
  • Integrate ARCS with source systems (e.g., ERP, GL, subledgers) and EPM modules using Data Management or Data Integration tools.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders (Finance, Accounting, IT) to design and implement process improvements and best practices using ARCS and other Oracle EPM applications.
  • Provide expertise and support for related Oracle EPM modules (e.g., FCCS, EPBCS, Narrative Reporting, etc.).
  • Develop and maintain technical and functional documentation, including training materials.
  • Conduct user training sessions and support UAT and production rollouts.
9. Stay current with Oracle Cloud updates, patches, and new features to assess impacts and improvements Qualifications: Required:
  • 7+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle ARCS, including Transaction Matching, implementation and support.
