Position: Oracle HCM Payroll Functional Consultant

Location: Any nearby Infosys office in USA (2 Days Hybrid)

Duration: Long term contract

Overall Experience: 12+ years

Job Summary:

We are looking for an Oracle HCM Payroll Functional Consultant with strong experience in Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll. The consultant will be responsible for requirement gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, and support of Oracle Payroll modules.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Gather and analyze business requirements related to Payroll.
  • Configure Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll, elements, balances, fast formulas, and payroll processes.
  • Work with HR, Finance, and IT teams to implement payroll solutions.
  • Support Payroll integrations with other systems.
  • Participate in SIT, UAT, and Payroll parallel runs.
  • Troubleshoot payroll issues and provide functional support.
  • Prepare functional documents and training materials.
  • Support production payroll and post-go-live activities.

Required Experience:

  • 12+ years of Oracle HCM experience.
  • Strong experience in Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll.
  • Experience in Payroll configuration, Fast Formulas, Elements, and Balances.
  • Experience in implementation or support projects.
  • Good understanding of HR and Payroll business processes.
  • Experience with integrations and data migration is a plus.

Preferred Skills:

  • Oracle HCM Cloud certification.
  • Experience with Core HR, Benefits, Time & Labor.
  • Good communication and client-facing skills.
