Job description

Our client is seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion Consultant to support its Oracle Fusion Financials environment following a recent go‑live. The consultant will focus on stabilization, workflow optimization, configuration troubleshooting, and functional issue resolution. This role includes acting as an embedded advisor to the internal financial systems support team, helping resolve issues while increasing team knowledge and long‑term self‑sufficiency.

Responsibilities:

  • Root‑Cause Analysis — Implement durable fixes rather than temporary patches.
  • Strengthen internal support capabilities through mentoring and knowledge transfer.
  • Workflow Optimization — Review and refine workflow configurations and approval routing.
  • Post‑Go‑Live Stabilization — Support ongoing production issues and process refinement.
