Job description

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion Financials Functional Specialist to support the delivery and adoption phase of our finance transformation. The design phase is complete, and this role will focus on executing, training, and embedding Oracle Fusion Financials within the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Configure and validate Oracle Fusion Financials across R2R workstreams, including GL, Fixed Assets, Intercompany, SLA, and Period Close.
  • Support UAT execution, defect resolution, and process sign-off for R2R activities.
  • Deliver role-based Oracle Fusion training to finance end-users and super users.
  • Develop supporting materials such as user guides, process flows, and quick reference cards.
  • Conduct train-the-trainer sessions to build internal capability ahead of go-live.
  • Collaborate directly with finance stakeholders to resolve issues and drive readiness.

Required Qualifications:
  • Minimum 3 full-cycle Oracle Fusion Finance implementations with hands-on R2R experience.
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver Oracle Fusion training to finance teams.
  • Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced delivery environment.
  • Strong communication skills and experience collaborating with finance stakeholders.
