Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Oracle Fusion Financials Consultant to provide L2/L3 support, troubleshoot Oracle Fusion ERP Finance issues, develop integrations, and support reporting, customizations, and quarterly patching activities.

Location: East Durham, NC – Onsite
Duration: 12+ Months Contract

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide L2/L3 support for Oracle Fusion ERP Finance, with a focus on:

    • General Ledger (GL)

    • Accounts Payable (AP)

    • Asset Management

    • Travel & Expense (T&E)

  • Diagnose and resolve system issues, validate Oracle configurations, and collaborate with Oracle Support when required.

  • Design and implement integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) and Autonomous Transaction Processing (ATP).

  • Develop and modify custom financial workflows, reports, and dashboards using Oracle Fusion tools, including OTBI and PL/SQL.

  • Analyze and test quarterly Oracle patches to ensure smooth upgrades and continued system functionality.

  • Work closely with business users to understand requirements, troubleshoot issues, and provide effective solutions aligned with business needs.

  • Support offshore/onsite coordination, knowledge transfer, and project handoffs.

Experience Preferred: 8–10+ years

Required Qualifications
  • Minimum 10 years of experience supporting ERP Financial systems.

  • At least 5 years of hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion ERP Financials.

  • Strong functional knowledge of:

    • General Ledger (GL)

    • Accounts Payable (AP)

    • Asset Management

    • Travel & Expense (T&E)

  • Strong experience working directly with business users to understand, troubleshoot, and resolve system issues.

  • Strong technical expertise in:

    • PL/SQL

    • Oracle APIs

    • OTBI Reporting

    • Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC)

    • Autonomous Transaction Processing (ATP)

  • Experience analyzing quarterly Oracle patches and developing detailed test plans for Oracle Fusion ERP.

  • Hands-on experience developing and supporting integrations using OIC and ATP.

  • Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.

  • Experience with offshore/onsite coordination and handoffs.

  • Oracle certification in Financials modules is a plus.
