Job Title: Oracle Invoice-to-Cash (ITC) Fusion Functional Consultant
Location: Remote (US)
Job Type: Long Term Contract
Overview:
This functional role is focused on Invoice-to-Cash / Order-to-Cash processes within Oracle Fusion Financials and SCM. Consultants will collaborate across functional, integration, and offshore teams to deliver end-to-end billing, receivables, and revenue recognition solutions.
Responsibilities:
  • Lead workshops across Order Management (OM), Accounts Receivable (AR), Pricing, Credit Management, Revenue Management, and Collections.
  • Analyze current-state processes and design future-state ITC solutions aligned with Oracle Fusion best practices.
  • Configure Oracle Fusion modules (AR, OM, Pricing, AutoInvoice, RMCS).
  • Develop documentation (BPDs, FDS, ITC process flows).
  • Support customer master data, invoicing rules, receipts, lockboxes, tax integration, and revenue recognition.
  • Validate integrations across OTC, R2R, P2P, SCM, and upstream systems.
  • Manage AutoInvoice processing, payments, adjustments, disputes, and collections workflows.
  • Ensure accurate SLA accounting and reconciliation to GL.
  • Support data migration for customers, AR balances, invoices, and receipts.
  • Execute SIT/UAT testing and assist with cutover, go-live, and hypercare.

Qualifications:
  • 10-15+ years ERP experience, with 7+ years in Oracle Fusion Financials (ITC focus).
  • Strong expertise in Order-to-Cash / Invoice-to-Cash processes, billing, and revenue recognition.
  • Hands-on experience with AR, AutoInvoice, receipt processing, lockbox, and SLA configuration.
  • Experience with Revenue Management (RMCS) and ASC 606 / IFRS 15 compliance.
  • Knowledge of integrations (OIC, FBDI, REST/SOAP APIs) and reporting tools.
  • Experience with AR and customer data migration.
  • Strong understanding of multi-ledger, multi-currency environments.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Oracle Cloud Financials certification preferred.
