We are looking for consultants with 5 to 7+ years of experience, including strong expertise in implementations and production support.

Oracle Fusion Cloud Financials Consultant

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion Financials Consultant to support the implementation, configuration, optimization, and ongoing maintenance of Oracle Fusion Cloud Financials. The consultant will work closely with finance, accounting, IT, and business stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable Oracle Fusion solutions.

The ideal candidate has strong functional knowledge of financial processes, hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Financials modules, and the ability to lead requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, data migration, training, and post-production support.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead or support Oracle Fusion Cloud Financials implementations, upgrades, enhancements, and production support activities.

Strong functional expertise in General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Cash Management, Fixed Assets, Expenses, Tax, or Subledger Accounting.

Conduct discovery sessions and workshops with finance and accounting stakeholders.

Analyze current business processes and recommend standardized, efficient, and scalable solutions.

Design enterprise structures, ledgers, legal entities, business units, chart of accounts, accounting calendars, and financial reporting structures.

Prepare functional design documents, configuration documents, process flows, test scripts, training materials, and user guides.

Support data conversion and migration activities using Oracle-supported tools and templates.

Define and validate reconciliation between Oracle Fusion, Financials, Projects, Procurement, Payroll, Tax, expense, and third-party applications.

Develop or support financial reports and analytics using OTBI, BI Publisher, Financial Reporting Studio, and Smart View.

Plan and execute unit testing, system integration testing, regression testing, and user acceptance testing.

Investigate and resolve application, configuration, accounting, reconciliation, and reporting issues.

Support period-close, reconciliation, audit, compliance, and financial reporting processes.

Provide end-user training, knowledge transfer, and post-go-live support.

Collaborate with technical consultants, integration developers, data migration teams, and Oracle Support.

Ensure solutions follow organizational security, internal control, audit, and regulatory requirements.

Identify opportunities to automate finance processes and improve user experience.

Experience using FBDI, ADFdi, spreadsheet-based loaders, ESS scheduled processes, and Oracle Cloud Security.

Experience with GAAP, SOX controls, audit requirements, and segregation of duties.

Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, or hybrid implementation methodologies.
