Job description

We are looking for an experienced Quality Assurance Tester to support enterprise application testing. This position focuses on ensuring reliable performance, stability, and release readiness across Oracle Fusion Cloud applications, connected systems, reporting, and business-critical workflows. The ideal candidate brings strong manual testing expertise, a structured approach to quality planning, and the ability to work closely with technical and business teams in an Agile environment.


Responsibilities:

• Drive end-to-end QA efforts by organizing test planning, building detailed test scenarios, executing test cycles, and confirming overall release quality.

• Develop and maintain clear testing artifacts in Azure DevOps, including test plans, cases, execution results, and traceable documentation.

• Work closely with product owners, analysts, developers, and business users to turn functional needs into complete and practical test coverage.

• Perform functional, integration, regression, smoke, exploratory, end-to-end, and user acceptance testing across enterprise processes and supporting applications.

• Log, prioritize, and monitor defects through resolution, partnering with development teams to verify fixes and reduce recurring issues.

• Support sprint activities, release preparation, deployment readiness reviews, and post-deployment validation to help ensure smooth production outcomes.

• Build and refine regression coverage for critical workflows involving business transactions, interfaces, reporting, security access, and data movement.

• Validate Oracle Fusion Cloud modules, integrations, reports, security roles, data loads, and quarterly updates across areas such as Finance, Procurement, Supply Chain, Inventory, Order Management, Projects, and Fixed Assets.

• Contribute to test automation planning and recommend process improvements that increase testing efficiency, consistency, and overall quality standards.

  • 7+ years of QA, SDET, software testing, or enterprise application testing experience.
  • Strong experience with Azure DevOps Test Plans and defect management tools such as Jira.
  • Deep understanding of Agile methodologies, SDLC/STLC, CI/CD, release management, and quality assurance best practices.
  • Experience testing integrations, APIs, reporting solutions, data movement, workflow automation, and role-based security.
  • Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and documentation skills.
  • Preferred Experience
  • Hands-on Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP testing experience.
  • Knowledge of Oracle Financials, Procurement, Supply Chain, Inventory, Project Accounting, Order Management, or related modules.
  • Experience with Oracle Integration Cloud, BI Publisher, OTBI, SQL/PLSQL, REST/SOAP services, FBDI/ADFDI, BICC, and ESS jobs.
  • Familiarity with ERP governance, controls, audit requirements, change management, and quarterly Oracle release processes.
  • Oracle-related certifications are a plus.
