Requirements:
3–5 years of experience in Oracle Cloud Finance & SCM
Hands on support experience across Oracle Cloud ERP modules
Ability to troubleshoot logs, integrations, and user issues
Familiarity with SQL and ITSM tools (ServiceNow/Jira/Remedy)
Strong communication and customer service skills
