Job description

Title: Technical Product Manager โ€“ Renewable Energy / Grid Automation
Location: Dallas, TX
Type: Full-Time / Permanent

Responsbilities:
Own and drive the product vision and roadmap for renewable and grid automation software.
Lead and mentor a team of Technical Product Managers.
Work closely with engineering, delivery and architecture teams to deliver high quality software solutions.
Define and prioritize features for SCADA, EMS, grid automation and energy management systems.
Engage directly with utility customers, regulators and industry stakeholders.
Support U.S. sales teams with technical pre sales, demos, RFP/RFI responses and presentations.
Translate customer feedback and market needs into product enhancements.
Track product performance using KPIs and support pricing and licensing decisions.

Required:
10+ years of experience in Technical Product Management or similar roles.
Strong domain experience in renewable energy, utilities or power systems.
Hands on experience with SCADA, EMS, grid automation or power plant control software.
Experience leading product teams and working in agile environments.
Solid understanding of cloud platforms, AI and edge computing.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to work with technical teams and business stakeholders.
Comfortable working onsite in Dallas, TX.

Experience working with U.S. utility customers
Knowledge of grid modernization and cybersecurity standards
Background in enterprise or industrial software products
