Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Oracle HCM Cloud Techno-Functional Specialist to lead the configuration, implementation, and ongoing support of Payroll, Benefits, and related HCM modules. The ideal candidate will ensure accurate payroll processing, seamless benefits administration, and compliance with local labor and tax regulations.

This role requires close collaboration with the Client's HRIS team to deliver efficient, end-to-end HR, payroll, and benefits operations across the organization.


Key ResponsibilitiesPayroll & Time Management
  • Configure, implement, and support Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll, ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing.
  • Manage federal, state, and local tax calculations, including deductions, garnishments, and compliance requirements.
  • Ensure seamless integration between Payroll, OTL (Oracle Time & Labor), Absence Management, and other HR modules.
  • Conduct regular payroll audits to ensure data integrity, compliance, and accurate employee compensation.
  • Diagnose and resolve payroll-related issues, providing timely support and solutions.

Benefits Administration & Open Enrollment
  • Configure and maintain Oracle Benefits Cloud, including:
    • Benefit plans
    • Eligibility profiles
    • Rate structures
    • Life event processing
    • Enrollment workflows
  • Support open enrollment cycles, including setup, testing, validation, and communication coordination.
  • Manage ongoing benefits updates, annual plan changes, and ensure alignment between payroll and benefits systems.
