Title: Oracle OIC Consultant with HCM
Location: Remote
Job Type: Contract

Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) Consultant with strong expertise in Oracle HCM Cloud integrations. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience designing, developing, implementing, and supporting integrations between Oracle HCM Cloud and internal/external applications.
This role requires strong knowledge of OIC, Oracle HCM Cloud, HCM Extracts, REST/SOAP APIs, and file-based integrations.
Key Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, test, deploy, and support integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).
  • Develop integrations between Oracle HCM Cloud and third-party or enterprise applications.
  • Work with business and technical teams to gather integration requirements.
  • Develop and maintain REST and SOAP web service integrations.
  • Configure and support HCM Extracts and file-based integrations.
  • Build scheduled and event-based integrations using OIC.
  • Develop data mappings, transformations, and orchestration flows.
  • Work with Oracle HCM APIs, HDL, HCM Extracts, and BI Publisher (BIP) as required.
  • Troubleshoot integration failures and resolve production issues.
  • Monitor OIC integrations and implement error handling, notifications, and recovery processes.
  • Support integration testing, UAT, deployment, and production support.
  • Prepare technical design documents, integration specifications, and support documentation.
  • Collaborate with Oracle HCM functional teams and other technical stakeholders.
  • Follow Oracle best practices for integration security, performance, and maintainability.
