Job description

Position: Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) Developer with VBCS

Location: Remote

Duration: Long term contract

Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) Developer with strong expertise in building and supporting integrations across Oracle Cloud and third-party applications. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with OIC integrations, REST/SOAP web services, and Oracle Cloud adapters. Experience with Visual Builder Cloud Service (VBCS) is preferred for developing and extending custom applications.

Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, test, and support integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).
  • Develop App-Driven, Scheduled, and File-Based integrations.
  • Build and consume REST and SOAP web services.
  • Configure and utilize OIC adapters including ERP, HCM, REST, SOAP, FTP, and Database adapters.
  • Perform data transformations using XML, JSON, and XSLT.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues.
  • Support integrations with Oracle ERP, HCM, SCM, and external applications.
  • Develop and maintain applications using Visual Builder Cloud Service (VBCS).
  • Create technical documentation and support production deployments.

Required Skills:

  • 10+ years of integration development experience.
  • 8+ years of hands-on Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) experience.


Strong experience with:

  • Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC)
  • REST APIs and SOAP Web Services
  • XML, JSON, XSLT
  • Oracle Cloud Adapters
  • Integration troubleshooting and support
  • Experience integrating Oracle ERP, HCM, or SCM Cloud applications.
  • Good understanding of SQL and relational databases.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with Oracle Visual Builder Cloud Service (VBCS).
  • Knowledge of Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI).
  • Experience with Git and CI/CD processes.
