In the assigned Job Role of Package Consultant 3, your Area Of Responsibility will be as below:
• Analyze complex business processes to identify optimization opportunities and draft detailed requirement specifications that align with enterprise architecture standards
• Define and develop solution architecture, steering customization and integration efforts based on thorough business analysis
• Design and implement advanced customizations basis ERP platform's capabilities and limitations and develop critical software applications in collaboration with the development team
• Develop and implement complex integration workflows to connect the ERP system with external applications, while leading large-scale data migration strategies to ensure data integrity
• Implement advanced performance optimization strategies focused on scalability, reliability, and user experience, while leading compliance initiatives throughs audits, to uphold security protocols and industry standards
• Develop detailed documentation for complex ERP customizations and lead training workshops tailored to various user groups, to ensure effective knowledge transfer
Your contribution to the team:
• Expertise in ERP systems, architecture, and advanced customization techniques
• Ability to design complex integration solutions and guide large-scale data migrations
• Proactive problem-solving to streamline complex requirements

Required Skill and Experience
• At least 2+ full lifecycle implementations in Oracle Financials Fusion Cloud in multi-org or global environments
• Experience with Oracle Fusion Financials modules such as Accounts Receivable, Subscription Management Cloud, Revenue Management Cloud, General Ledger, ARCS, Tax, Accounts Payable, Fixed Assets and Cash Management
• Experience in requirement gathering, solution design, configuration, SIT/UAT support, deployment, and post-go-live stabilization
• Understanding of finance business processes including record-to-report, procure-to-pay, and order-to-cash
• Experience working with business users, finance stakeholders, and cross-functional teams in a client-facing role
• Experience driving CRP's (Conference Room Pilot) for Financials Fusion Cloud
• Must have design, testing and deployment experience of custom PaaS solutions for Oracle Financials Cloud modules.
Preferred Skill and Experience
• Experience with migration from Zuora Revenue to Oracle Revenue Management Cloud implementation
• Experience migrating from Coupa to Oracle Fusion Cloud
• Expertise on ASC606 revenue compliance
• Experience working with Hi-Tech clients with SaaS business model
• Knowledge of data conversion, reporting, and integrations involving Oracle Fusion Cloud
• Experience with Oracle implementation tools such as FBDI, ADFDI, OTBI, BI Publisher, and FSM
• Experience designing and building AI Agents for Fusion Cloud
• Exposure to security setup, approval workflows, and month-end close processes in Oracle Fusion Financials
• Ability to communicate complex business and technology solutions to technical, business, and management teams
• Experience working in an onsite-offshore or global delivery model
• Oracle Fusion Financials certifications is a plus

• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
