Adecco is assisting a local client recruiting for an Operations Coordinator opportunity in SF, NY, or Chicago (manager is Chicago based). Responsibilities for Operations Coordinator include but are not limited to:

· Monitor daily Elite trips, assignments, schedules, and service standards.

· Track live trips and resolve real-time issues, schedule changes, and rider requests.

· Review and manage rider and driver feedback, escalating concerns when needed.

· Identify trends/issues and recommend operational or service improvements.

· Maintain dashboards, reports, and process documentation to improve efficiency.

Candidates for Operations Coordinator must meet the following requirements to be considered:

· 2+ years of experience in operations, analytics, process improvement, or similar roles.

· Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in fast-paced environments.

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

· Highly organized with strong attention to detail and follow-through.

· Comfortable with dashboards, data analysis, AI tools, and workflow automation.

· Pay: $35/hr.

· Shift: Monday-Friday 9 am - 5 pm - Mon/Fri work from home, T/W/Th in office, based on projects might need to come to the office Mon/Fri.

Pay Details: $35.00 per hour
