Job Description: This part-time onsite role serves as the dedicated office operations resource for a small Toronto office, enabling local leadership to stay focused on their core responsibilities by handling day-to-day facilities, vendor, and workplace experience needs. Job Summary •Serve as the primary onsite point of contact for office operations and facilities support •Coordinate with the building landlord on office-related needs, ongoing projects, and renovations •Manage badge requests, visitor access, and vendor coordination •Coordinate food and beverage orders and support employee events, offsites, and office pop-ups •Partner with the remote U.S.-based Workplace team to address operational requests and escalate issues as needed •Assist with general day-to-day office logistics and administrative tasks •Help maintain a positive, welcoming office environment for onsite employees Minimum Requirements: •Experience in an Office Coordinator, Office Manager, Workplace Coordinator, or Administrative support role •Demonstrated experience supporting an onsite office environment •Comfortable managing vendors, facilities requests, and general office operations independently •Proficiency with Google Workspace and Slack •Strong organizational and communication skills with a service-oriented mindset •Self-sufficient, reliable, and proactive with the ability to work independently in a smaller office setting Preferred Qualifications: •Familiarity with Asana or similar project management tools •Prior experience in a tech company environment •Background in Workplace Experience or Facilities Coordination •Experience supporting hybrid office environments or partnering with remote leadership teams •Experience supporting office moves, renovations, or facilities projects
