Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the central point of coordination for day-to-day administrative operations, ensuring seamless workflows across departments.
  • Manage vendor relationships, including contract tracking, invoicing, and serving as the primary point of contact for service providers.
  • Plan and coordinate virtual team meetings and company-wide events, including scheduling, logistics, and materials preparation.
  • Support leadership with ad-hoc administrative projects and special initiatives as needed.
  • Support the employee onboarding process by coordinating equipment delivery, account setup, and orientation scheduling.
  • Maintain organized digital filings systems, ensuring easy access and retrieval of important documents.
Requirements
