We are seeking a data-driven and highly organized Marketing Operations Coordinator to serve as the engine of our remote marketing team. Instead of a standard checklist of duties, here is what you will achieve in this role:

  • By Month 1: Master our master marketing calendar across all brands, establishing complete visibility over upcoming deadlines, dependencies, and campaign workflows.

  • By Month 3: Fully integrate data from our marketing and sales systems to build, update, and maintain automated performance dashboards using our approved reporting tools.

  • By Month 6: Identify bottlenecks in our team workflows and proactively deploy AI tools and advanced automation to improve operational efficiency and reporting consistency.

  • By Year : Serve as the centralized operations expert, successfully onboarding new marketing tools and providing data-driven insights that directly shape future campaign strategies.

Key Qualifications (Must-Haves)
  • Experience: Equivalent to 5 years of demonstrated success with a dedicated focus on marketing operations, data statistics, or a related analytical field.
