Channel Manager

Remote (U.S.) | ✈️ ~40–50% Travel

We are a global leader in the design and manufacturing of high-quality relays and electrical components, serving industries including industrial automation, automotive, energy, and power distribution. We are continuing to expand our presence across North America and are looking for a driven Channel Manager to support and grow our partner network.


Position Overview

We are seeking a strategic and relationship-driven Channel Manager to develop, manage, and expand our network of distribution and channel partners across the U.S.

This role will be responsible for driving revenue growth through key distributors, strengthening existing partnerships, and identifying new channel opportunities within industrial and automation markets. The right candidate will have experience selling to C-Suite executives and decision makers.


Key Responsibilities

  • Channel Development & Management
  • Build, manage, and grow relationships with key distribution partners (electrical distributors, automation distributors, etc.)
  • Develop and execute channel strategies to drive revenue growth and market penetration
  • Identify and onboard new channel partners aligned with company goals


Revenue Growth & Strategy

  • Drive sales through distribution partners by creating joint business plans and growth initiatives
  • Analyze sales performance, pipeline, and market trends to identify opportunities
  • Collaborate with internal sales and engineering teams to align channel efforts with overall strategy


Partner Engagement

  • Conduct regular partner visits, trainings, and business reviews
  • Support partners with product knowledge, positioning, and competitive differentiation
  • Assist in resolving customer or partner-related challenges


Market Expansion

  • Identify new verticals and applications for products (industrial automation, EV, energy, etc.)
  • Support go-to-market strategies and new product introductions through channel partners


Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in channel sales, distribution management, or technical sales
  • Experience working with electrical or industrial distributors
  • Strong understanding of electromechanical components, relays, or industrial/automation products
  • Proven track record of growing revenue through indirect sales channels
