• Manage the Mac Tools EZG Program.
• Support reporting and data requests to help drive the business.
• Interact with all aspects of the business, including Technical Service, Customer Service, Sales, Master Data, Demand Planning, and more.
• Develop and maintain a repeatable, sustainable process for planning and compiling quarterly promotional flyers.
• Coordinate channel needs and support vendor activities for bi-annual trade shows.
• Participate in strategic planning sessions with Sales and Product Teams to drive promotional effectiveness, measured by revenue, margin, and forecasting accuracy.
• Perform final validation and review to ensure all product elements are entered into the system before promotions execute.
• Work with Channel Managers to reduce promotional conflicts.
• Spend time in the field to better understand end-user and distributor needs and the effectiveness of collateral material.

• Superior relationship-building capabilities with cross-functional teams.
• Excellent time management, organization, and project management skills.
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills, including Excel.
• Strong strategic, analytical, and finance skills.
• A solid foundation in sales and marketing methodologies, specifically in promotional tactics.
• Prior sales and/or marketing experience in the mobile tool industry (strongly preferred).
• Proven ability to lead and provide direction.
• Familiarity and experience with marketing content/product information databases.
• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or Business (strongly preferred).
• Experience working with a franchise business model (preferred).
• Direct field sales experience (strongly preferred).
