As a Merchant, you will be responsible for helping shape the product strategy and assortment for a key business line. You’ll work closely with internal teams, vendors, and cross-functional partners to ensure the right products reach the right customers at the right time.

You’ll have the opportunity to:

🛍️ Develop and execute assortment plans, including pricing and space allocation

📊 Analyze sales, inventory, margins, and markdowns to identify business opportunities

👙 Support Swim & Apparel merchandising strategies

🤝 Partner with vendors and manufacturing teams on calendars, costing, and product development

📅 Ensure product development aligns with line plans and production calendars

🔎 Track competitive intelligence and fashion trends

📈 Identify opportunities to increase sales and improve margins

📦 Partner with other functions to effectively manage inventory

✨ Participate in merchandise presentations and promotional planning

👗 Contribute to the patterning and product development process

🤝 Participate in team and vendor meetings

  • Ability to make confident decisions independently
  • Experience working with vendors and cross-functional teams
  • Ability to analyze sales and translate data into actionable business opportunities
