They often leverage digital tools to conduct onboarding, facilitate virtual training, and manage regular check-ins. Job description

Buscamos terapeutas bilingรผes (espaรฑol/inglรฉs) en Carolina del Norte

Daybreak Health is actively recruiting bilingual Spanish/English associate clinicians (LMHCA or LCSWA) to serve our growing caseload of Latino students and families across North Carolina. This is a part-time W2 remote role with free supervision, guaranteed pay, and consistent afternoon/evening hours.

Charlotte's Latino community is the largest in North Carolina, and the need for culturally competent bilingual mental health care for students statewide is urgent. If you're bilingual and passionate about serving Latino youth โ€” this role was built for you.

What Makes This Different

  • Free supervision โ€” weekly 1:1 and group supervision, fully covered
  • Guaranteed pay for late cancellations and no-shows
  • $35/hr individual sessions (12+) | $45/hr family therapy
  • Part-time W2 โ€” real employment, not contractor instability
  • Fully remote โ€” work from anywhere in North Carolina
  • Monโ€“Fri 3โ€“8 PM โ€” predictable, school-aligned hours
  • No billing, no credentialing, no admin โ€” we handle everything

The Work

You'll provide evidence-based teletherapy to Kโ€“12 students across North Carolina, collaborating with school counselors and families statewide. Weekly individual and group supervision, case consultations, and clinical team discussions are core parts of the role.

What You Need

  • Active LMHCA or LCSWA in North Carolina (required โ€” we are not able to hire other license types at this time)
  • Bilingual Spanish/English fluency
  • Experience or strong interest in working with school-aged youth and families
  • Comfortable with telehealth and EHR systems
  • Available Monโ€“Fri 3โ€“8 PM

Preferred

  • Experience in CBT, DBT, or similar modalities
  • Prior school-based or youth-focused experience
Pay Range
$35โ€”$45 USD
