Description Summary: The Commercial Team Leader - Vendor Finance Sales Manager manages a national team. This team will include sales executives along with interaction with functional team members such as credit, operations, portfolio, etc. This team focuses on sales to tow trucks, motor coach, shuttle buses, school buses, funeral coaches, tire service equipment, and other specialty vehicles.

Duties and Responsibilities: Responsibilities include development and implementation of a team strategy to meet assigned goals, sales efforts, and personal involvement in business development calls, and any aspect of the largest or most complex loans or prospects. Ensures that all relationships and transactions are in strategic alignment with the risk profile of the bank, including all front-end guidance. Representation of HNB as a professional in the marketplace/community.

Perform other duties as assigned. Basic Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree 7 years of sales management experience within equipment finance Preferred Qualifications: Background in vendor finance Formalized credit training Demonstrated success structuring transactions using a broad variety of product sets Demonstrated leadership experience by providing coaching, skill development, and feedback to team members Proficiency using Microsoft Word and Excel Proven negotiation skills Strong presentation, written and verbal communication skills High level of professionalism Ability to travel a minimum of 25% #LI-DK1 #CML Exempt Status: (Yes = not eligible for overtime pay) (No = eligible for overtime pay) Yes Workplace Type: Office Our Approach to Office Workplace Type Certain positions outside our branch network may be eligible for a flexible work arrangement. Compensation Range: $93,000 $208,000 Annual Salary The compensation range represents the anticipated low and high end of the base compensation range for this position. Actual compensation will vary based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, and education. Colleagues in this position are also eligible to participate in an applicable incentive compensation plan.
