Job Description

Responsibilities:
  • Communicate with customers to coordinate international shipments while delivering outstanding customer service.
  • Ensure shipping documents are sent promptly to customers or internal teams for customs clearance purposes.
  • Perform accurate and timely data entry into the operating system.
  • Track and trace import files as needed.
  • Maintain compliance with company policies, government regulations, and customer requirements.
  • Understand department workflows and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and processes.
