What you will do

The NDC Schedule Inbound Coordinator (SIC) is responsible for performing service dispatch and supporting field operation activities within the Security Domain of JCI. They will work closely with NDC Team Managers, Service Dispatch Coordinators, Field Service Managers, peers and customers to drive key business initiatives and service delivery such as managing email service request backlog, guard dispatch, emergency ticket dispatching, coordinate third party vendor meets, Field Technician calls for assistance or ticket management, accountable for establishing strong professional relationships with field personnel, answering and responding to internal and external inquiries from customers along with other duties to drive field service delivery. They are expected to be able and willing to perform and partner across all major functions within the Schedule Inbound Coordinator role including They are expected to be able and willing to perform and partner across all major functions within the Schedule Inbound Coordinator role including inbound customer and service tech call handling, Guard Dispatch, and workorder request management.

How you will do it

As a Schedule Inbound Coordinator, it is important to exhibit excellent communication skills, have basic knowledge of computer applications, Microsoft Excel, strong organizational and decision-making skills. Must be flexible and able to deal with rapid change at a moment's notice is key. NDC SIC team members must be able to speak confidently with customers and technicians in driving the day-to-day operation and scheduling of service jobs. SI Coordinators are responsible for scheduling service requests, managing technician calls, meeting or exceeding Key Performance Indicators, and other duties as assigned.
