Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated person. The ideal candidate must be organized, self-sufficient with great multi-tasking skills. This role will be proven to be challenging, so the perfect candidate will need to be creative and efficient. Position requires knowledge in logistics in routing freight which entails working with airlines, ocean & transport carries. Responsibilities are tracking & tracing, billing, ability to quote air & ocean freight, answer phones & plethora of emails. We are a small office who works remotely, so this person must be dependable & able to work independently. Candidate must have a grasp of geographical knowledge of major airports and hubs domestically. Must be efficient in math.
