Job Summary:
The Logistics/Scheduling Coordinator is responsible for managing and optimizing the daily routing of our template and install crews. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, ensuring seamless operations and exceptional service delivery.
Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate daily schedules for template and installation crews, optimizing routes for efficiency.
  • Communicate effectively with crews, customers, and internal teams to confirm appointments and address schedule changes.
  • Monitor real-time progress of crews, ensuring schedules are followed and any adjustments are communicated promptly.
  • Resolve scheduling conflicts and last-minute changes with professionalism and poise.
  • Maintain accurate records of daily schedules and completed jobs in Moraware or similar scheduling software.
  • Collaborate with the production and sales teams to align scheduling with project timelines.

Minimum Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Previous experience in scheduling, dispatch, logistics, or routing roles is highly preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to problem-solve and adapt to changes quickly.
  • Familiarity with scheduling software (Moraware experience is a plus).
