What is a remote front desk?

A Remote Front Desk position involves handling administrative and customer service tasks from a location outside of the traditional office, often from home. Responsibilities typically include answering phones, scheduling appointments, responding to emails, and providing information to clients or visitors. This role relies heavily on strong communication skills and proficiency with various digital tools to manage tasks efficiently.
