Location: Jean Georges, Miami, FL
Schedule:
  • Saturday: 10:30 AM - 5:00 PM
  • Sunday: 11:30 AM - 5:00 PM
    Duration: To be confirmed (weekend role)
    Parking: Free valet provided (if applicable)
About the Role:
We are seeking a highly presentable, polished, and service-oriented Weekend Front Desk Coordinator to support Jean Georges. This role requires exceptional customer service, professionalism, and the ability to assist with light weekend event setup while maintaining a welcoming front desk environment.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Greet and welcome guests with a warm, professional demeanor
  • Handle incoming phone calls and assist with inquiries
  • Perform receptionist/front desk duties including guest check-in
  • Assist with the setup of small weekend events
  • Complete basic administrative and computer tasks as needed
  • Provide excellent customer service and support the team
  • Maintain a clean and professional front desk area
Schedule & Compensation:
  • Hours: Saturday 10:30 AM - 5:00 PM | Sunday 11:30 AM - 5:00 PM
  • Assignment: Weekend role (duration TBD)
  • Pay Rate: To be confirmed by client
