**GREAT OPPORTUNITY FOR WEEKEND POSITION!!***
The person filling this position is responsible for greeting residents, guests, vendors and other visitors to the property and providing assistance and guidance as necessary.
Responsibilities:
  • Greets everyone that enters the building and provides direction and guidance as necessary.
  • Assists residents as necessary upon their arrival in the building.
  • Log vendors in and out.
  • Act as liaison between residents and management.
  • Answer incoming calls professionally and take accurate and detailed messages.
  • Field resident questions, concerns and complaints.
  • Provide additional support to the Management team as needed.
  • Ability to learn about the local area and community to help residents better and guests.

Fridays, Saturdays, & Sundays multiple shifts 7am-3pm, 3pm-11pm, 11pm-7am
Pay Rate: $17
