This full-time position is entirely remote, enabling you to work from any location with a reliable internet connection. Our virtual workplace fosters collaboration and support among team members through regular meetings and digital communication platforms. You will have access to state-of-the-art teletherapy tools and electronic documentation systems designed specifically to enhance the therapeutic process and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.

• Conduct comprehensive initial assessments of clients via secure teletherapy platforms, employing specialized software for accurate data collection and evaluation of mental health needs.
• Facilitate engaging one-on-one therapy sessions, utilizing evidence-based practices and therapeutic modalities adapted for a virtual environment. Techniques may include cognitive-behavioral therapy, mindfulness, and solution-focused therapy.
• Develop individualized treatment plans in collaboration with clients, adjusting therapeutic strategies as needed to meet their ongoing needs and goals.
• Participate in regular team meetings through video conferencing to discuss client progress, share insights, and strategize care approaches with fellow mental health professionals.
• Engage in continuous professional development by attending workshops and training sessions focused on teletherapy best practices and innovative treatment methods.
• Contribute to the continual improvement of our mental health programs by providing feedback on processes and suggesting new initiatives that align with our commitment to excellence and regulatory compliance in telemedicine.

In this role, you will work primarily with individuals from diverse backgrounds who are navigating various emotional and psychological challenges. Our clients may include those dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. You will play a crucial role in guiding clients through their struggles, offering validation, empathy, and actionable strategies tailored to their unique circumstances.

• A Master’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, or a related field from an accredited institution is required.
• Must possess an active California state license (LPCC, LCSW, or LMFT) that qualifies you to provide psychotherapeutic treatment.
• A minimum of two years of relevant experience working directly with individuals who are facing emotional difficulties is preferred.
• Excellent communication skills are essential for engaging with clients and colleagues through virtual platforms such as Zoom or Skype.

• Demonstrated experience in providing teletherapy or virtual counseling services.
• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems and telehealth platforms.
• A background in community health settings and a passion for serving diverse populations.

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 115,000 to 130,000 annually, with opportunities for performance-based incentives. Additional benefits include:
