Job description

Administrative Assistant:
The Club at 12 Oaks is a Holly Springs, NC-based company that provides on-site and remote support to its employees. We are looking for an Accounting Assistant to assist with the day-to-day operations of the accounting department. This position will be responsible for assisting with the daily processing of payroll, accounts payable, and accounts receivable transactions.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist with payroll processes.
  • Process accounts payable invoices and payments.
  • Process accounts receivable payments.
  • Assist with monthly statement reconciliation.
  • Processing AP check runs.
  • Data Entry.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the department head or senior manager.

Education/Experience/Skills/Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent required. Associate degree in Accounting preferred.
  • 1 year of experience in accounting preferred.
  • Strong understanding of basic accounting principles preferred.
  • Strong understanding of Payroll processing preferred.
Job Type: Part-time.
Salary: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour.
