Overview

Seeking a hands-on Controller to lead day-to-day accounting operations in a fast-paced, project-driven environment. This role will work in job cost accounting, cash flow management, multi-union payroll, and WIP reporting. Managing a team of 3, this role is ideal for someone who can shift seamlessly between high-level financial strategy and detailed operational problem-solving.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
  • 7+ years of accounting experience
  • 3+ years in a Controller or Accounting Manager role
  • Strong knowledge of WA State prevailing wage and certified payroll highly preferred
  • Mastery of WIP reporting and its financial impact
  • Leadership experience managing teams of 3 or more
  • Preferred: CCIFP, CPA, or CMA (not required)
