Job Title: Recruiting Administrator

Industry: Government Contracting

Location (city, state): Vienna, VA

Assignment Type: Contract (one month, possible extension)

Pay: $22.00 – $23.00/hour (based on experience)

Work Schedule: Onsite, Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:00 PM

About The Company: Our client is a well-established consulting firm delivering technology and management solutions to government and commercial customers. They pride themselves on building tailored solutions rooted in a deep understanding of client needs.

Job Description: We're looking for a Recruiting Administrator to join a growing Human Capital team supporting a large-scale federal staffing initiative. This is a fast-paced, high-volume environment supporting an active FEMA staffing pipeline, with the team having already onboarded 250 candidates and additional hiring waves anticipated.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a busy Outlook inbox, sending and responding to candidate and team correspondence
  • Communicate with candidates via text, messaging, and links through the applicant tracking system (ATS)
  • Keep candidate records current and accurate across the ATS and Excel trackers
  • Monitor and log completion of required forms, internet speed tests, and e-interview results
  • Assist with troubleshooting e-interview issues as they arise via email

Qualifications:

  • At least 2 years of recruitment administrative coordination experience within a government contracting setting
  • At least 2 years of high-volume administrative experience using Excel and Outlook
  • Comfort working with an ATS/CRM system; JobDiva experience strongly preferred
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and clear, professional communication
  • Bachelor's degree preferred but not required
