The Associate Recruiter will support the Recruiting Director and Agency Recruiter in building the future of Farmers Insurance across Indiana. This role will focus on sourcing, pre-screening, and onboarding prospective agency owners and team members to help expand our agency footprint and support growth across the state.

Farmers Insurance has an ambitious vision to triple market share in Indiana and is seeking a motivated, relationship-driven individual who can help build an elite recruiting pipeline.
