Job Description

This role will be based in Omaha NE.

The work location of this role is hybrid, meaning it will be performed both from home and from a LinkedIn office on select days, as determined by the business needs of the team. 

As a Recruiting Assistant, you will support recruiting operations and candidate experience for LinkedIn's high-volume hiring programs. You will play a critical role in ensuring recruiting processes run smoothly by coordinating interviews, supporting candidate communications, maintaining accurate workflows, and assisting recruiters with sourcing and administrative activities. This position is ideal for someone looking to begin a career in Talent Acquisition while developing foundational recruiting and operational skills in a fast-paced environment.

What You'll Do 

  • Coordinate candidate interviews and scheduling across multiple stakeholders 

  • Provide timely and professional communication to candidates throughout the hiring process 

  • Support sourcing and talent pipeline activities for designated hiring programs 

  • Maintain accurate candidate records and workflow data within recruiting systems 

  • Assist recruiters with job postings, candidate tracking, and administrative processes 

  • Monitor recruiting activity to ensure data quality and process compliance 

  • Support candidate experience initiatives and help resolve scheduling or process-related issues 

  • Partner with recruiters and other team members to ensure hiring processes are completed efficiently and on time 

  • Generate recruiting reports and provide operational support as needed 

  • Contribute to continuous improvement efforts that enhance recruiting efficiency and candidate experience 

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications 

  • High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent 

Preferred Qualifications 

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail 

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills 

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment 

  • Recruiting Coordination, Customer service, hospitality, administrative support, retail, or other experience involving professional interaction with customers or stakeholders 

  • Experience using Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, or similar productivity tools 

  • Ability to learn new systems, processes, and recruiting technologies 

  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within a team environment 

  • Experience maintaining accurate records or managing administrative processes 

  • Interest in recruiting, human resources, talent acquisition, or people operations 

  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to proactively address operational issues

The pay range for this role is $73,000 to $104,000. Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience, certifications, and specific work location. This may be different in other locations due to differences in the cost of labor.
