Dordick Law Corporation, a plaintiffs' civil litigation law firm, is seeking a Records Manager to implement our evidence preservation and records management system. The primary responsibility of the position will be to process and retain firm evidence and records consistent with internal policies, statutory requirements, and State Bar regulations. This is a fully onsite position; remote and hybrid options are not available for this position.

Dordick Law Corporation is an award-winning, civil litigation personal injury law firm. Our practice is primarily focused on catastrophic personal injury, negligence, product defects, and road design. We offer a competitive salary (based on your qualifications and experience) as well as a handsome benefits package that includes our group health, vision, and dental coverage (all 100% paid by the firm) as well as a 401k program, FSA, and DCFSA. We also offer bonus pay, professional development assistance, and the opportunity to attend our annual trial college in Los Cabos, Mexico!

The Records Manager will be responsible for processing and organizing a variety of evidence and case-related documents, and for the proper handling, care, storage, preservation, and tracking of the same. The Records Manager will learn and use various software to organize and preserve electronic records, create and maintain physical files and systems, and complete other routine processes with the goal of making all evidence and records accessible, organized, and ready for others to work with.

The ideal candidate will have the ability to exercise discretion, stay organized among competing priorities, and communicate clearly and effectively with staff and external stakeholders. This position will oversee the work of filing assistants.

Key Qualifications:

  • Prior records management experience
  • Strong tech skills and experience with CMS, Sharepoint, and other record management systems.
  • Top-notch organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to learn firm-specific software and processes
  • Experience with industry-standard software suites as appropriate to assigned duties

Dordick Law Corporation provides an amazing suite of benefits:

  • Medical, dental, and vision insurance coverage, including three PPO and HMO coverage options, 100% paid for by the firm.
  • 401K plan
  • FSA/DCFSA plans
  • EAP
  • Paid PTO and Sick Days
  • 10 Paid Holidays

Salary: $80,000 - $90,000 per year
