Job description

Brillient is seeking an experienced Records Supervisor to join our team supporting a federal contract in Landover, MD. This is for a proposal effort.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Serve as a Records Supervisor for a FDA records management program. This role will:

  • Manage employees and workloads for document room activities including, but not limited to, scanning, document processing, data entry, and paper and electronic file management; communication; facilities support; training support; and quality control.

  • Effectively communicate with government user organizations and technical staff and be able to serve as the project alternate to the Project Manager

  • Develop and maintain SOPs and plan and schedule production and resources to ensure turnaround requirements in a regulatory document and records management effort

  • Responsible for ensuring that the work performed is at a level of quality, schedule, and cost that is consistent with the expectations of the customer

  • Train and mentor new employees on present processing procedures of all regulatory submissions.

  • Process time-sensitive documents with attention to detail and a low rate of error

  • Create monthly error reports for management review
