Maintenance Control Records Supervisor

IMMEDIATELY HIRING! Maintenance Control Records Supervisor FULL-TIME Opportunity in O’Fallon, MO

  • Starting Salary: $40,000 - $70,000/annually

We are hiring a Maintenance Control Records Supervisor to oversee the tracking, auditing, and updating of engine, aircraft, and associated component records. This role will provide oversight and direction to the Maintenance Control Records Coordinators.

Responsibilities

  • Ensures Maintenance Records Specialist are meeting Company expectations in the performance of their assigned tasks and duties
  • Assist Maintenance Records Specialist by providing guidance, training, and support in the performance of their assigned tasks and duties
  • Oversees the tracking, auditing, and updating of engine, aircraft, and associated component records
  • Ensure all audits and updates are performed by Maintenance Records Specialist are performed correctly and in a timely manner
  • Investigate any issues that are discovered in the performance of an audit or as escalated by the Records Coordinators
  • Collaborate with the Maintenance Records Specialist to complete the records review and conformity inspection process for aircraft being added to the Company operating certificate
  • Performs records review and input of data into the tracking systems
  • Audits the records and tracking systems to ensure data has been correctly entered
  • Other duties and special projects as assigned

Minimum Required Qualifications

  • Two (2) years detailed aviation recordkeeping experience
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent
  • Valid state issued Driver’s license

Preferred Qualifications

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience maintaining aviation manuals such as Minimum Equipment List, AAIP, General Operations Manual, etc.
  • Experience with RAMCO
  • Knowledge in aircraft, engine, and component records
