About the Role:

The Ovative Group Analyst, Digital Marketing & Measurement is a position that offers the right candidate the opportunity to take on an early stage, leadership role at a fast-growing company that has the highest standards for talent, fun, and client success.The right candidate will be highly analytical, with great critical thinking skills and motivated by driving results for our clients.

At the Analyst level, each candidate will be paired with a Digital Marketing & Measurement business area that is aligned with their skillset and interests, where they will perform heavy data analysis and help execute and manage media programs for our clients.

The Analyst Experience:

Analysts will be assigned to one primary focus area but will be given the opportunity to gain experience across Ovative Group's practice areas, including Marketing Strategy, Analytics & Activation.

  • Primary focus areas will be determined collectively and shared 1-2 weeks before start date, listed above.

  • We will provide more information on the available teams / focus areas at this time and allow time for preferences to be recorded.

  • Analysts will go-through a robust onboarding bootcamp during their first couple weeks at Ovative to gain a big picture view of our business, history and vision

  • Analysts will meet with senior leaders for both project work and informational interviews

Responsibilities of a Digital Marketing & Measurement Analyst:

Responsibilities may vary based on available projects and practice areas.

Subject Matter Expertise: Actively work towards creating competence in a specific Ovative subject matter (e.g. media, measurement, strategy).

Hands-on digital media planning, execution, and optimization. Examples may include:

  • A/b testing

  • Landing page testing recommendations

  • On-page & Off-page optimization

  • Weekly and monthly reporting

  • Budget and goal pacing

  • Creative builds, testing & optimization

  • Audience creation & optimization

  • Promotion support

  • Heavy data analysis, reporting & insights of digital media performance

  • Cross-channel campaign planning, strategy, plan documentation, execution and optimization

Structured problem-solving, analysis & communication:

  • Execute discrete pieces of analyses using analytical tools (e.g. Excel, Tableau)

  • Translate analyses into clearly communicated insights via slides/documents/emails to the client

Leadership development:

  • Manage work independently with initial direction from manager

  • Regularly speak up, ask questions and express your POV

Client management: Seek to understand the client's business/industry and understand how their work connects to the broader project and client goals

  • Strive to be the best interaction of the client's day

  • Support in the development of client facing solutions and deliverables, including PowerPoint pitches and competitive/landscape audits

Skills and Qualifications:

Pay Transparency:

At Ovative, we offer a transparent view into three core components of your total compensation package: Base Salary, Annual Bonus, and Benefits. The salary range for this position below is inclusive of an annual bonus. Actual offers are made with consideration for relevant experience and anticipated impact. Additional benefits information is provided below.

For this entry-level Analyst position, the base salary is $60,000. In addition, there is an annual bonus opportunity of up to 10% of base salary ($6,000).
