We serve as the central hub of our artists' campaigns, ensuring seamless cross-functional alignment and execution across label departments, management teams, and external partners.
Your role:
In this role, you will report directly to the VP, Marketing, serving as their primary strategic partner by overseeing master release scheduling and providing critical administrative and logistical support across the VP's artist roster. Additionally, you will take the lead on your own dedicated, small roster of developing artists, guiding their foundational marketing campaigns and audience growth.
The ideal candidate is an organized, detail-oriented music industry professional who thrives on operational execution, possesses a deep understanding of today's digital and streaming landscapes, and is ready to champion the next generation of Country music talent.
Here you'll get to:
  • Manage Release Scheduling & Logistics: Oversee the operational setup, metadata scheduling, and logistics for new releases across the department. Ensure all production deadlines and supply chain milestones are met for singles, EPs, and albums.
  • Support VP Operations: Provide comprehensive administrative and logistical support to the VP, Marketing. Assist in tracking high-level project milestones, coordinating meetings, preparing presentations, and ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of the VP's roster campaigns.
  • Lead Developing Artist Campaigns: Conceptualize, build, and spearhead innovative marketing campaigns for a specified roster of developing artists. Formulate their brand identity, release schedules, and early-stage fan acquisition strategies.
  • Foster Artist & Management Relations: Cultivate trust-based relationships with your assigned developing artists and their management teams. Act as their central label touchpoint, managing expectations and translating label goals into shared successes.
  • Coordinate Budgets & Administration: Assist the VP with budget tracking and monitoring marketing expenditures to ensure strict compliance with company financial guidelines. Independently manage individual budgets for your own developing artist roster.
  • Facilitate Cross-Functional Collaboration: Act as a key connective tissue between internal label departments to execute synchronized efforts for both the VP's roster and your own, collaborating across A&R, Streaming, Radio, Publicity, Creative, and Digital Marketing teams
  • Track Data & Analytics: Gather and organize consumption data, streaming trends, and social engagement metrics to support the VP's strategic decision-making and evaluate your own campaigns.

About you:
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of progressive marketing or project management experience within a record label, artist management company, or entertainment agency. Experience within the Nashville music community is highly preferred.
  • Exceptional organizational and project management skills, with a proven ability to manage complex release schedules, logistics, and metadata timelines.
  • Solid understanding of global streaming mechanics (Spotify, Apple Music, Amazon Music, YouTube, etc.), short-form content platforms (TikTok, Reels, Shorts), and modern music marketing tools.
  • Experience managing or assisting with project budgets and financial administration.

We'd love it if you also had:
  • A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with the ability to anticipate administrative needs and pivot quickly in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the emotional intelligence required to support executive leadership and guide developing talent.
  • Deep passion for discovering and developing new artists within the Country genre and lifestyle space.
