PRIMARY PURPOSE
OCP Label Group is seeking a highly motivated, music marketing-minded professional to lead and execute marketing campaigns for the new Echo Harbor Worship label imprint. This role will be pivotal in driving the growth of our label brand and its artists with a laser focus on developing and implementing marketing strategies that will increase the label audience and drive label revenues.
This role offers the opportunity to help establish processes, build momentum, and contribute meaningfully to how the label connects with audiences over time. It is part of a growing label operation and may evolve as the business continues to develop.

They are comfortable working in a dynamic environment, adapting as priorities evolve, and taking ownership of initiatives that make a measurable impact.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Develop and execute marketing plans to promote Echo Harbor albums, singles, and artists
  • Strategize and manage social media, online advertising, email marketing, and digital content
  • Work with artist roster to assist in building out their social and digital presence
  • Manage, develop, and report on key KPI's related to campaigns
  • Oversee the production of key promotional materials and advertising content
  • Work with key partners and DSPs to develop promotional strategies, pre-save campaigns, editorial pitching, and playlisting opportunities
  • Work closely with cross-functional departments to ensure cohesive digital execution
  • Assess ROI to refine marketing strategy and promotions

OTHER DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Work with 3rd party agencies and vendors as needed
  • Conduct market analysis to understand trends, identify target audiences, and adjust strategies
  • Launch creative fan acquisition and engagement strategies including email, SMS, activations, UGC, and direct-to-fan initiatives

Requirements
MINIMUM REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
  • 4+ years of marketing or promotional background, ideally within music or entertainment
  • Strong knowledge of digital platforms, social trends, and content formats, especially TikTok, YT, and emerging platforms
  • Experience managing marketing campaigns and reporting on those campaigns
  • Record label marketing experience
  • Experience engaging or managing PR, event, and radio promotion contractors / third parties
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
  • BA in Marketing or some closely related field
  • Strong grasp of analytics tools (Chartmetric, TikTok Analytics, YouTube Studio, Google Analytics, etc)
  • Deep understanding of the Christian/faith-based music market and its relationship with pop culture

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
Estimated starting pay range between $79,300 - $85,100, depending on qualifications and experience.
