Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Shipping Clerk to join our team in Las Vegas, NE. The Shipping Clerk will be responsible for coordinating and managing the shipment of products, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in all shipping activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and process shipping documents, including bills of lading, packing lists, and shipping labels.
  • Coordinate with warehouse staff to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
  • Verify shipment contents against orders and packing lists to ensure accuracy.
  • Schedule and communicate with carriers and freight companies for pickups and deliveries.
  • Maintain accurate records of shipments, tracking information, and inventory adjustments.
  • Inspect outgoing shipments for proper packaging and labeling.
  • Assist in resolving shipping discrepancies and issues.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and shipping regulations.
