PRIMARY PURPOSE 

OCP label group is seeking a highly motivated, music marketing-minded professional to lead and execute marketing campaigns for our new Via Cantus label imprint. This role will be pivotal in driving the growth of our label brand and its roster of Latin artists with a laser focus on developing and implementing marketing strategies that will increase the label audience and drive label revenues in the US and Latin America. 


This role offers the opportunity to help establish processes, build momentum, and contribute meaningfully to how the label connects with audiences over time. It is part of a growing label operation and may evolve as the business continues to develop.


Our ideal candidate is passionate about music and faith, brings a strong marketing foundation, has record label marketing experience, and is energized by the opportunity to help grow something in its early stages. They are comfortable working in a dynamic environment, adapting as priorities evolve, and taking ownership of initiatives that make a measurable impact.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES 

  • Develop and execute marketing plans to promote Via Cantus albums, singles, artists and events 
  • Strategize and manage social media, online advertising, and digital content with a focus on Spanish and bilingual content 
  • Work with artist roster to assist in building out their social and digital presence 
  • Manage, develop, and report on key KPI's related to campaigns 
  • Oversee the production of key promotional materials and advertising content
  • Work with key partners, contractors and DSPs to develop promotional strategies, pre-save campaigns, editorial pitching, and playlisting opportunities 
  • Work closely with head of label and cross-functional departments to ensure cohesive digital execution 
  • Assess ROI to refine marketing strategy and promotions 


OTHER DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES 

  • Conduct market analysis to understand trends, identify target audiences, and adjust strategies 
  • Work with 3rd party agencies and vendors as needed 
  • Launch creative fan acquisition and engagement strategies including email, SMS, activations, UGC, and direct-to-fan initiatives 


Requirements

MINIMUM REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE 

  • 4+ years of marketing or promotional background, ideally within music, entertainment within the Latin market 
  • Strong knowledge of digital platforms, social trends, and content formats, especially Instagram, TikTok, YT, Facebook, and emerging platforms
  • Deep understanding of Latin music, culture, and digital trends 
  • Record label marketing experience
  • Experience managing marketing campaigns and reporting on those campaigns 
  • Experience engaging or managing PR, events, and radio promotion contractors / third parties  
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Spanish and English 
  • Fluency in English and Spanish required


PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE 

  • BA in Marketing or some closely related field 
  • Strong grasp of analytics tools (Chartmetric, TikTok Analytics, YouTube studio, etc) 
  • Understanding Christian Music and Catholic Music ecosystem.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

Estimated starting pay range between $79,300 - $85,100, depending on qualifications and experience.
